About Me

I graduated in 1999 from the University of Massachusetts at Boston with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. I hoped to understand myself better through studying and exploring psychology. Although it was helpful in some aspects, I still felt the emptiness of the void.

When I began my spiritual journey many years ago on the east coast, I finally realized that I would never find happiness externally or outside of myself. I needed to journey inward into the depths of my being to enlighten the darkness within, to awaken the love that runs through all things.

After moving out to the bay area in 2006, I decided to try out Hypnotherapy.
I attended the Hypnotherapy Training Institute and received my Hypnotherapy Certification in April of 2008 through the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners.

I also studied at the Foundation of the Sacred Stream where I learned Depth Hypnosis, Energy Medicine, and Shamanic Healing techniques. Learning about Shamanism and working with energy helped me to see the healing process on a whole other level.

In 2011, I began studying NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) at the NLP Institute of California. I started with the Wealthy Mind Training which is great for removing blocks around money and abundance. I received my certification after completing the 6 month NLP Practioner training. I continued my study of NLP and went on to complete the NLP Master Practioner and NLP Health Certification Training in 2012.

I have studied yoga, martial arts, breath work, massage therapy, and many forms of meditation as well. I take a little bit from everything life has brought me in contact with. Using different aspects from all the healing modalities I have studied and been trained in, I have developed my own style of helping others to heal on a deep level.

In addition to my healing practice, I am an active musician here in the Bay Area. I sing and play guitar in the Love Dimension. I also assist friends bands filling in on drums, bass, guitar and percussion when needed. Music has always been a big part of my life. After taking a break from it to pursue the healing arts, I came back to it meeting a wonderful teacher who taught me the Power of Conscious Singing and helped me to bridge the gap between music and the healing arts.

I am here to serve and be an instrument of the divine. I hope to help support others to live a free creative life, to reach a place of peace within and to provide tools to help through the challenges of life. We are all connected, part of the same fabric and web of reality.
